Refund policy

Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect your hair prior to using and installing your gorgeous tresses in no later than 30 days. Items eligible for return, store credit or exchange MUST be in the original packaging and returned to us in the same condition as sent. Any returns that have been tampered with, used,  damaged, and/or not in original packaging will not be eligible for return. store credit or exchange. Eligible refunds will be proceeded to the same mode of payment used within 7 business days.
